Dear Sir,-
May I communicate to you for publication the following unanimous decision of the Methods Committee:-
"The decisions on peals must cover both Regular and Irregular methods, therefore the leads must remain intact since Irregular methods can he rung which are asymmetric.
"We recommend that the decisions on Spliced Peals remain unaltered and the peal be accepted as published."
