WINCHESTER AND PORTSMOUTH DIOCESAN GUILD.

A very successful meeting of the Alton District was held at Binsted on Saturday [May 12th], when about 30 ringers attended from Blackmoor, Binsted, Chawton, Froyle, Fareham, North Stoneham, Winchester, Binfield and Selborne. During the afternoon and evening a variety of methods was practised, ranging from Grandsire Doubles to Cambridge Minor.

At the business meeting, the bands of Chawton, Froyle and Selborne joined the Guild, and it was arranged to hold the next meeting at Blackmoor and Selborne on September 22nd. Due notice of this will appear in ‘The Ringing World.’
